Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items cannot be returned, including items marked as "final sale" and gift cards.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons, unless they were damaged or defective upon arrival.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@pjfashion.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
- We may ask for photos of the damage to help process your return or replacement.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
